Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information:

After payment is received, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days(usually sooner). We will always contact you if there will be a delay.

Reagan Sanai ships all orders based on the address given at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Please contact us at Orders@ReaganSanai.com if your order contains a wrong address. Customers are responsible for any reshipment cost due to an insufficient address.

We are not responsible for stolen packages that are marked delivered to a customer. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please arrange for someone to retrieve your package to prevent stolen packages.

Due to the nature of Reagan Sanai products during the summer months, please make sure products are not left outside in the heat for long hours. NO REFUNDS will be given for products ruined by being left outside in the heat.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

Reagan Sanai offers an optional package protection service that protects our customers against lost or damaged packages during transit. If an insured package does not reach its destination, or if it is damaged when it’s delivered, then the customer is reimbursed (replacement or refund) after investigation.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the marked delivery date. If your package is not protected with  Reagan Sanai®️ Package Protection, Reagan Sanai is unable to accept any liability for damage, loss or theft.
