I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to reach out about the mango butter soufflé I recently purchased. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s the same formulation as the one I bought previously.
This batch is quite grainy and sticky, whereas the previous version was firmer in the jar and would melt into a smooth, oily consistency once warmed between my palms. I really preferred that original texture and performance.
Would it be possible to return or exchange this one for the previous formulation, if it’s still available? If the recipe has changed, I’d appreciate knowing that as well.

My 1 year old has eczema. She has always had full hair just a dry scalp I was using tubby Todd which worked great when she was a baby but now that she is a toddler her scalp has been extra dry. These products are perfect for her hair I used the whole set for almost a month and her hair/scalp kept its moisture.
I purchased the infant collection. It was a total waste of $70. I absolutely hate the over bearing strong citrus smell. My soufflé is hard as a brick and never melted. I have to spoon the product out, then rub into my hands to melt it, then apply the product into my daughter’s hair. In addition to the shampoo not being tear-free for an infant’s hair. Do not recommend.
first time using the shampoo , it’s liquidy but a little goes a very long way. it suds up without a problem and had my babies hair feeling so much softer right after. has a nice peppermint smell also. will be getting the full line soon.
I've been using your product on my baby girl for 17 days and look at these amazing results .... My daughter was in the NICU for 3 months and she lost her hair and later had a severe case of eczema and lost more hair, but after doing research I came across your page on Google and decided to try the travel size package to test if it would be good for my baby. My son was born with cradle cap and as a first time mom I didn’t notice. He was born with a head full of hair. At 3 months was when his hair completely fell out at the top of his head. 3-4 weeks after using mainly the aloe refresher spray and growth oil. He has has had substantial growth back where no hair was at.
The black soap shampoo is very watery, so I have to use a larger than normal amount to shampoo my son’s hair. The deep conditioner, and leave in detangler, mango soufflé, growth oil, and refresher spray are awesome. However, the curl defining gel adds a film to my son’s hair, make it flakey and hard. If we continue to use this product, I’ll only use the products we’re happy with however, the shampoo and curl defining gel most go.
My son has cradle cap and his hair was falling out, so I looked up natural hair care products and came across Reagan Sanai and tried it out and it’s the best product for my baby. He has sensitive skin and his skin has not broken out, his cradle cap and going away and his hair is growing. When company say their product is the best I’m usually skeptical but these products are really the best I highly recommend
My daughter had cradle cap and nothing seemed to work when getting it out and I didn’t want to use products that had unnecessary add ingredients.
After ONE and I say ONE use of the infant collection it softened up the dead skin and I was able to comb it all out with no problem . Did I mention the smell of the Mango butter and Leave in Detangler?! It smells so good like fruit loops lol. I’m so happy I came across this product. I recommend it to all my mommy friends! My daughter’s hair was weakened from chemotherapy then another medication made it start falling out. I purchased the Infant Collection Kit in OCT ‘22. The second picture is one month later. The two on the bottom are FEB ‘23. It has come in thicker than it ever has been. The bald spot in the back of her head is gone. I have been in a constant battle with her hair falling out with her NICU stay and a bad eczema case. This is AMAZING! God Bless!
I really tried to find my son in the same outfit, that didn’t work out so well. I really should have taken a before and after but I really didn’t think it would work to this extent. My son has eczema like his daddy. He also had a bit of cradle cap as a infant. Within one month my sons patches are filled in with new growth my whole family is in disbelief and now the men want a batch lol I’m so happy for him no more jokes on his patches or his hairline. This product is absolutely amazing and he loves getting a scalp massage during the bath and after before bed. Smells good the body souffle butter melts into his skin after a bath. In just 3 weeks I see the growth even his bald spot is filling in. Also no more dryness at all.
I was heartbroken after using Cecred products on my 5 year old bc almost every single cecred product has protein in it. Unfortunately It caused protein overload & broke her hair off. I love that I have come across this product!! My baby had a full head of hair at birth but it started falling out due to cradle cap and eczema. We have been using this for 8 months and we’re headed right where we need to be!! It also helps I’m in close proximity to the warehouse!! Please don’t ever change your formula!!
My package was damaged when it arrived. I sent an email to the team and because I didnt have a video several days later, I didnt get a response. I sent the email on a Saturday when I received the package and by Monday I had already unpackaged it and cleaned it up. Not sure what the point of package protection is if I cant get a damaged product replaced or refunded.
So far I’m loving the products. My daughter’s hair used to be dry all the time but I’m definitely seeing more results with her hair being more moisturized.
This is only great if you live in the US after that your package is up for mistreatment…but thankfully that hasnt been my story I just wish I new before purchasing.
